These terms explain how the Partner Network works and set clear expectations for participation. The network is designed to be open, collaborative, and non-contractual.
Nature of the Partner Network
Participation in the Promptable Partner Network:
Is non-exclusive
Does not create a formal partnership, agency relationship, or joint venture
Does not constitute a commercial, legal, or contractual agreement
Does not guarantee referrals, work, or revenue
The network is intended to support collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and relevant introductions where appropriate.
Referrals and Introductions
Promptable may, at its discretion:
Introduce customers to partners where there appears to be a relevant fit
Share partner details with customers seeking specialist support
Facilitate introductions between partners within the network
All referrals and introductions are non-binding.
Any commercial discussions, proposals, pricing, delivery, or contractual arrangements are agreed directly between the partner and the customer, without involvement or liability from Promptable.
Promptable does not take responsibility for:
The quality of services provided by partners
Outcomes of projects delivered by partners
Disputes arising between partners and customers
Use of Partner Information
By joining the Partner Network, partners agree that Promptable may:
Display organisation names, logos, descriptions, and locations on the Promptable website or related materials
Reference partners internally for referral and matching purposes
Use submitted information to facilitate relevant connections
Partners may request updates or removal of their information at any time.
Participation and Removal
Participation in the Promptable Partner Network is voluntary.
Partners may leave the network at any time by notifying Promptable
Promptable reserves the right to remove partners from the network at its discretion
Promptable may update how the network operates as it evolves
No notice period is required from either side.
Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time to reflect how the Partner Network evolves.
